1-3/16″ Magnetic drill press for tube and pipe applications. No more bulky adaptors to drill holes in tube or pipe. Also ideal for slight curved materials to flat materials as well. An incredibly strong magnet will hold as thin a material as 1/8″ and tube/pipe as small as 3-1/8″. The magnet requires no electrical power so all the power goes to the motor. This is added safety as a result of the unintentional loss of power. The lightweight drill at only 18 lbs. allows you take onsite to the workplace with ease. Partial power is allowed on magnets to enable precise hole alignment or to release one side of the magnet for inspection or debris removal.
